Oversees the daily operations, programs and services of the
hospice nursing and home health aide departments. Assures quality patient
services and facilitates processes in accordance with policies and
procedures. Plans, directs, and participates in the delivery of
professional services, assists in controlling costs through effective use of
personnel, establishes and implements priorities for services.
Position Requirements:
1.
Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of
Michigan.
2.
Two years Acute Care experience.
3.
Two years progressive supervisory experience.
4.
One year experience in a Home Health and/or Hospice setting.
5. Valid driver’s
license and proof of valid auto insurance.
